My name is Jesus V. Ibarra, but most people call me Zeus.
I occasionally update my content, portfolio, and test projects here so don’t get scared if the site is missing in action, since this site is a work in progress. Thank you for your patience and understanding about the continuous construction.
Now:
I’m currently seeking to apply my existing skills and experience to challenging projects, and to continue to build my skills in new and innovative web development techniques.
Recently:
Was working full-time as a Web Developer and System Administrator for Amistaff Healthcare Technologies, a leading software developing company in the healthcare industry. The company designs, builds, and maintains our clients’ software and web development needs.
Then:
I formerly held the position of Web Developer at Batanga.com. I maintained various products for Batanga and its affiliates. I developed a multitude of sites that were extensive, comprehensive, and incorporated rich interactive media. Some of my projects included: branded promotional mini/micro-sites within Batanga or stand alone, e-mail campaigns (eblasts/newsletters), daily updates, rich interactive media, ad development, CMS, etc.
Back in the day:
I gained a wide range of experience in the communications field, as a United States Marine, on numerous real world operations for our country. I am a self-starter with a positive attitude and a motivated team player who has been exposed to diverse and challenging situations. I am a dedicated, loyal person with a strong work ethic.
Back to the future:
I am looking for new opportunities to use and develop my skills. I have a wide range of interests: Web Development, Web Marketing, Search Engine Optimization(SEO), Social Media Optimization(SMO), Information Architecture, and Design. I love spending time with my wife and children, being active, and exploring new web technologies to stay up-to-date with current trends. I also enjoy meeting new and interesting people to discuss web development and design.
